How many contacts can I have?
The number of contacts you can have is unlimited! Be mindful that if you send out an email or sms campaign to all your contacts this can become costly if they are irrelevant contacts.
Will you renew my subscription automatically?
Yes your subscription is automatically renewed regardless of if you pay annually or monthly.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Monthly subscribers: you can cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to cancellations@lana.software. Your subscription will then be cancelled 14 days from the date we receive your email. If you are in the middle of a service month, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of the month.
Annual subscribers: you can cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to cancellations@lana.software. Your subscription will then be cancelled 14 days from the date we receive your email. If you are in the middle of a subscription period, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the subscription.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
We do not offer refunds to customers after the subscription has been made.
What level of support will I receive?
All customers receive ongoing support from LANA. From onboarding calls and detailed explainer videos to ticketing support and phone calls with our support team if the questions are difficult to answer. Rest assured that you will receive the answers to your questions in a timely manner. The level of support you receive is determined by the package you subscribe to.

How does the SMS usage work?
We use Group Send Gateway to manage your data usage. Dependent on your package you will receive an allocated amount of free credit per month based on your selected package.
Once you have used up your free SMS, Group Send Gateway charges 8c per SMS. You will only pay for what you use.
Can I use my already existing phone number with you?
Yes you can! Our phone carrier is Twilio and they enable you to port an already existing number so that this can become your trackable LANA number. Porting a number costs $3USD and will take approximately 1 week.
There are a few steps that need to be followed including a phone verification but our support staff are here to help with any questions during this process.
